Scholarship Procedure

The first payment (80% of the scholarship) shall be paid after:

Registration of the student at Eskisehir Technical University.
Submitting Learning Protocol Add-delete page (if the students changes any courses according to the first Learning Protocol)
Submitting all contractual documents (Refer to https://uib.eskisehir.edu.tr/en/mevlana-before-mobility) to Office for International Affairs.

Other necessary information regarding the scholarship procedure are written below:

After arrival Mevlana Exchange Student must open Ziraat Bank Account.
For opening a Turkish Lira Ziraat Bank account, students have to get a tax number from the Tax Office.
Students have to prepare Student Scholarship Agreement according to their Turkish Lira Ziraat Bank Account.
The Higher Education Council offers scholarship for 4 months.
The scholarship is 1300 TL per month.
For the student's remaining grant payment (20% of the scholarship), the ratio of total credits of the succeeded courses to the courses that the student is obliged to take as obligatory courses will be considered.
