Erasmus + Main Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals 2018 Evaluation Criteria and Weighted Points to Evaluate Mobility Applications

  • While calculating the total number of academic achievement and foreign language scores of the students who previously benefited from higher education student or internship mobility within the scope of Lifelong Learning Program or Erasmus + within the same education level, 10 points will be deducted for each activity previously used (without any teaching-internship separation).
  • 10 points will be added to Erasmus + ranking points for disabled students (provided that they document their status).
  • Within the scope of the Social Services Law No. 2828, 10 points will be added to the Erasmus + ranking points of the students who are granted protection, care or accommodation decision (provided that they document their status).

For prioritization, the student must submit a letter from the Ministry of Family and Social Policies stating that there is a protection, care or shelter decision pursuant to Law No. 2828.

  • 15 points will be added to the Erasmus + ranking points of the martyrs and veterans (provided that they document their status).
  • Students who are in the country of citizenship will be deducted 10 points from Erasmus + ranking points.
  • If the students who are selected for mobility do not attend the meetings/pieces of training organized by our institution without any excuse, 5 points will be deducted from the Erasmus + ranking points of the students. This criterion is applied if the student applies to Erasmus+ mobility programmes again.

Placements and Erasmus Grants

  • The ranking of the students is made according to the quotas allocated to the departments in the related department/faculty/ institute.
  • The number of students who will benefit from the program will be determined by the National Agency in line with the budget to be allocated to our University. Students who wish can benefit from the program by waiving financial support.
  • In the 2018-19 Project Period, you can review the table of grants determined according to the active student population of the department/institute/ college / vocational school based on the grant amount allocated to the University by the National Agency during the Project Period.
As the amount of grants to be allocated to our university is not certain, we emphasize that the granted quota distributed to the departments /institutes/colleges/ vocational schools may change.
Grants quota determined for department/institute/vocational/vocational schools is distributed within the relevant unit starting from the student with the highest score of Erasmus +. The quotas for the units that are not matched (lack of qualification or no applicants) are also distributed to the units that are matched according to the active student population.
  • The total number of students who will benefit from the program with or without Erasmus+ grant is limited to the quotas defined in the existing agreements.
